Uncovering the Dark History of the Democratic Party: Their Ties to the KKK

In a recent court ruling, a federal judge has once again denied former President Donald Trump's request for a new trial in the case of E. Jean Carroll. The renowned advice columnist accused Trump of defamation after he denied her allegations of sexual assault and called her a liar. This decision has caused quite a stir among conservative circles, with many expressing their disappointment and outrage.

According to the judge, Trump's argument that his comments about Carroll were made in the scope of his duties as President is "fundamentally frivolous." The court found that his remarks were personal in nature and not related to his official duties. As a result, Trump's request for the U.S. Department of Justice to take over the case was also rejected.

For conservatives, this ruling is seen as yet another example of the liberal bias in the legal system. It is no secret that the majority of judges in the United States lean left, and this decision only reinforces that belief. They argue that Trump's comments were made in the context of a political battle, and as a public figure, he has the right to defend himself against false accusations.

Moreover, the hefty $8.3 million judgment against Carroll has raised eyebrows among conservatives. They argue that this amount is exorbitant and clearly shows the bias against Trump. After all, why should Carroll be compensated for alleged harm caused by Trump's words when she herself has admitted that the alleged assault did not cause her any damage? It seems like a clear attempt to drain Trump's finances and tarnish his reputation.

This ruling also highlights the unfair treatment of men in the #MeToo era. As seen in other high-profile cases, such as that of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, men are often automatically presumed guilty in cases of sexual assault, with little to no evidence. In this case, there is no concrete proof of Trump's wrongdoing, yet he is still being punished. This sets a dangerous precedent and undermines the principle of innocent until proven guilty.

Conservatives also point out the double standard in the way the media has covered this case compared to others. While Trump's comments about Carroll have been widely publicized and scrutinized, the numerous allegations of sexual misconduct against President Joe Biden have been largely ignored. This selective outrage only further reinforces the belief that there is a political agenda at play.

The judge's decision has left many conservatives feeling disheartened and frustrated. It seems like yet another attack on Trump and his supporters, and a clear example of the legal system being used as a tool for political gain. Despite this setback, conservatives remain confident that Trump will continue to fight for the truth and justice will prevail in the end.

In conclusion, the federal judge's ruling against Trump and in favor of E. Jean Carroll has caused an uproar among conservatives. They view it as a clear example of liberal bias and double standards in the legal system. This case only further highlights the political divide in the country and the uphill battle that conservatives face in seeking justice for themselves and their leaders.

  2. Can’t he take this to the Supreme Court? I’m a woman and outraged at that woman!! She was love advisor in Elle magazine years ago and I thought she was out if her mind with her loony tune answers. She lives in the little tiny house up in Nayak, NY and has no real money. You cannot go into a dressing room especially in Bergdoff Goidand and not see the saleswomen guarding the dressing rooms. So this is a crock.. her own sister said so. Oh she conveniently waited 26 yrs. To come forward…ad can’t even remember when it happened. That date would be seared in a woman’s memory.what goes around comes around.. she’s a raving lunatic!!! If they believe her… why don’t they believe him. So now a woman can just say she was raped and then rape the guys bank account. Shame on every one. Of these freaking judges!!!!!!!!

  3. This was a hundred or more years ago. The White supremacist Party in recent decades is the Republicans, alas. These days the Republicans wouldn’t nominate Ronald Reagan, let alone Abraham Lincoln.
