The January 6 protests and riot at the US Capitol building is a mythical event similar to 9/11 for the Democrats.
The left and their media allies have been doing their best to turn that day into an infamous incident that almost toppled the nation.
They ignore the fact that everyone killed was a Trump supporter and that the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick was from a medical condition, not from attacks by the MAGA mob.
They ignore the police murder of Trump supporter and American veteran and hero Ashli Babbitt inside the Capitol.
They don’t want facts: they want propaganda. But this isn’t just about words. It’s about action and legal prosecution, and the wide ranging commission and FBI investigation launched against any Trump supporters who walked around the Capitol or took a photo has been going full steam ahead for the past few months.
Now one man who took part in the protests has been caught in the weirdest way possible: by his conversations on a dating app.

The man in question is a fellow named Robert Chapman from Carmel, New York. He was trying his luck on the (feminist) dating app Bumble when he decided to open his mouth just a little too much, bragging to a match that he had taken part in the Jan. 6 Capitol protest.
“I did storm the capitol. I made it all the way to Statuary Hall.”
His obviously liberal match was not impressed at all and wrote back that “we are not a match.” The budding Stasi informant then contacted police, leading to Chapman’s arrest by the FBI earlier this week at his home.
Chapman has been charged with trespassing at the US Capitol and participating in a deadly riot that disrupted official government proceedings.
Is it too late for him to say he was just joking to his match? Probably, yes.
The reason is that Chapman is an idiot. He had also been bragging on Facebook about taking part in the protests and put up a selfie of himself taking part in the protest. News of the commission into the events of Jan. 6 and the FBI investigation have been all over the news and obvious to anyone paying the slightest attention, so honestly Chapman probably deserves to be arrested just for being an incredibly stupid individual.
Still, the way he was trying to use his involvement to pick up chicks and then got busted is pretty amusing to say the least.
But the real point here is the obvious double standard. Can you imagine someone on Bumble turning in a person who bragged about taking part in BLM “protests” in Minneapolis last summer? They’d be getting some action instead as some kind of “anti-racist hero.”
And what’s more, even if a BLM supporter and rioter did get called on to the police by someone on an app, the authorities haven’t been prosecuting barely anyone taking part in BLM violence and would almost definitely not pursue a random rioter.
But Chapman – some doofus who strolled around the Capitol without an invite – is now facing serious charges because he leans right. This kind of double standard is hideous.

Details of the Chapman Trial
Chapman clearly is not the brightest bulb in the shed, but his arrest shows the double standard that’s going on.
Social media has been one of the main ways the FBI has been catching people who took part in the Jan. 6 Capitol incident. Progressives have even used the apps specifically to look through them and find people who were bragging about taking part.
The issue is not the lack of intelligence of those bragging on social media, it’s the fact that I mentioned that if they bragged about taking part in BLM or other activities nobody would report them and even if they did there would very likely not be consequences.
As for our friend Chapman, he had a virtual court hearing this week and was released on his own recognizance, but he’s certainly in very big trouble.
