President Joe “Empty Shelves” Biden is making what’s been described as a “ridiculous victory lap.”
He is celebrating the CIA assassination of top Islamist terrorist and al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri in Afghanistan, only to be reminded it’s his loss of the war on terror there last year that allowed Taliban terrorists to come back to power.
Taliban Back with Al-Qaeda After Biden Lost the War
71-year-old Ayman al-Zawahiri, a long-time ally of terrorist Osama bin Laden, who assumed the leadership of al-Qaeda after Bin Laden’s killing, was reportedly killed in a CIA drone strike on Sunday.
Most remarkably, al-Zawahiri was assassinated in a house in downtown Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, where he was staying with his family.
The house belonged to an aide to Sirajuddin Haqqani, a senior leader of the Taliban, The Daily Mail reported.
Biden will take a victory lap tonight for the killing of Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Zawahri, which is a good thing.

Biden Slammed For Bizarre Victory Comments
In his bizarre comments on celebrating the death of Ayman al-Zawahiri on Monday, Biden declared the al-Qaeda leader would “never again allow” the turning of Afghanistan into a “terrorist safe haven” since “he is gone.”
Never mind that it is Biden himself who allowed that by letting the Taliban reconquer Afghanistan.
What’s more is the fact that al-Zawahiri was hanging out in downtown Kabul is plentiful evidence that al-Qaeda has been rebuilding there since last summer.
Biden also claimed that the assassination of the al-Qaeda leader is going to give “closure” to the families of the 9/11 victims.
Kabul Joe’s weird conclusions from the successful hit of the CIA, however, have been quickly called out by senior Republican leaders.
Members of the GOP accused Biden of “blatant lies” to the US public about his failure to fight Islamist terrorism, as he previously claimed that al-Qaeda is not even present in Afghanistan.
Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the House Minority Leader, released a clear statement praising the US military and intelligence services.
However, the House Minority Leader’s statement also blasted Biden since the killing of al-Zawahiri exposed the “possible re-emergence” of the terrorist network al-Qaeda in Afghanistan, right after Kabul Joe’s “disastrous withdrawal” from there last year.
McCarthy insisted the Biden administration give Congress an immediate briefing on the present terrorist threat to the US and the “resurgence” of al-Qaeda. This comes a year since the war in Afghanistan was lost.
Rep. Mike Turner, who is the top Republican member of the House Intelligence Committee, noted the very assassination of terrorist al-Zawahiri “tells us otherwise” regarding Biden’s claim that al-Qaeda is “gone from Afghanistan.”
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), in turn, ridiculed the current Democratic president for a “ridiculous victory lap” over the elimination of al-Zawahiri, given his “embarrassing” withdrawal from Afghanistan.
